At DALL·EA, we are committed to delivering each order with care, transparency, and respect for your time and expectations. Please read our shipping policies carefully, as they differ for retail and wholesale purchases.

RETAIL ORDERS
Order Processing
Retail orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.


Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
• International: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination, customs, and local delivery
systems
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain
amount or during promotional campaigns.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied by
their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at
hello@dalliaworld.com, including your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable. We
will evaluate the case and respond accordingly.

�� WHOLESALE ORDERS
Minimum Order Requirement

Wholesale pricing is available for orders of at least $1,000 USD, which may include a
combination of products. Minimums per product style may apply depending on production
requirements.
Payment Terms
• 30% deposit to initiate production (non-refundable once production begins)
• 30% due upon completion of production (prior to shipping)
• 40% due upon confirmed delivery
Production & Delivery Timeline
All wholesale orders are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are:
• Standard timeline: 1 to 4 months
• Extended timeline: Up to 6 months for high-volume orders, material shortages,
or complex freight logistics
We strongly recommend placing wholesale orders well in advance to accommodate these
possible delays.
Shipping Methods & Fees
We coordinate international freight or air shipping through trusted logistics partners. Shipping
fees are calculated separately based on destination, size, and weight of the shipment.
Customs & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees charged by
the destination country.
Order Cancellation
Once the 30% deposit is paid and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or
refunded. Please confirm your full order details carefully before payment.
Damaged or Missing Items
All claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include clear photos and documentation. We will review each case individually and may
offer a replacement if applicable.
