You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately. Because items are handcrafted, minor variations in size, color, weave, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown in [USD]. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order in our discretion (including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors). If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates unless stated as guaranteed. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable rules. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide options as required by law. (See our Shipping Policy.)  

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Codes cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, photos, logos, designs, graphics) is owned by Dallia Made to Bloom a trademark of THEFAMILYTAG LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. User Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dallia harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
